Services

CART, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) full-service rapid product development organization, located in Bluefield, West Virginia. CART’s services produce outstanding applied research, design concepts, engineering models, robotics, autonomous vehicles, sensors, digital manufacturing, rapid prototype development, initial production, marketing support, and provide direct technical assistance that existing technology-based businesses and start-ups need to launch a new product into the marketplace.  

CART utilizes sponsor funding to facilitate CART services on behalf of West Virginia and southwestern Virginia-based entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Each year, CART distributes a portion of its consolidated net income to public charities.  Distributions are primarily focused upon education; mine rescue competition, and economic development.  CART actively supports BSC SET student competitions in southern West Virginia and southwestern Virginia that measure student achievement, assist in the professional development of faculty and promote learning in the engineering and technology disciplines.
